I like, I like, I like

So the first couple of weeks of my new job are over! And so far I really like it. All of the others who started working with me are really nice. We spent one week in a hotel in a small town called Bernried, near Lake Starnberg! We met people from Hamburg, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. I was fun but also exhausting!
WE ♥ Oktoberfest
As much as I like my new job, it is diffrent. I do not have as much freetime anymore. I feel like the weekends are flying by and in the evening there is not so much time left to do something. My grandmother's funeral is this Saturday. Altough it is a very sad occasion, I like the fact that my uncle Rudi is coming from Seattle (USA) to visit. I have not seen him and his wife in a very long time and I am looking forward to seeing him.

new chapter...

This past week was pretty exciting! I started a new job combined with a university degree in Economics and Business! Since Uni won't start until October I have only had two interesting days in my new company. I really like it! On the first day I was pretty nervous and did not know what to wear, etc... but on the second day we did a ralley quiz through the entire company and it was really relaxed and fun. Now I do not feel so lost anymore in that huge building... Lets see what tomorrow will bring.
I have to get used to get up early again. Not sooo easy... and we only have to be there at nine. I guess I am just not a morning person.
And there is a sad occasion I have to write about as well:

Melitta Ott
1922 - 2011

On September 2nd, my Grandmother, Mrs Melitta Ott passed away at the age of 88. She will be greatly missed. But even my family and I will miss her a lot, I think for her it was time. She really missed my dad (her oldest son) after he died this January and she had a hard time. She always said she has had a great life and is very happy and satisfied with her life. I think she knew it was her time to go, soon. She quietly felt asleep and died without pain. I guess that was the best for her. I visited her two days before and she was delighted about the flowers I brought her. I hope she is in a happy place, free to move again and reunited with my dad, without the affliction of an aging body.

There have also been a lot of fun things this week! I went climbing with friends:

And we tried to make Sushi for the first time. It was not too bad. my family ate all the leftovers! We made way to many of those little yummy pieces! Fun, fun, fun.
